Emergency Care
CMEDDS provides a wide spectrum of emergency medical care courses from the lay responder to the health care professional. Clinical experts provide active, hands-on training programs that provide participants with the competencies and confidence to treat the patient with an emergent medical condition. Topics include:

- CPR and AED training
- Oxygen therapy
- Emergency airway management
- Vascular access
- Emergency pharmacology
- Emergency cardiac care
- Pediatric emergency care
- Basic and advanced EKG courses
- Blood borne pathogen training
- Continuing medical education for EMS providers
- Infrequent skills training for EMS
Training may occur onsite or at a regional facility, depending upon the needs of the client. CMEDDS will work in partnership with the client to create a customized training program that adheres to accepted standards of care and current research findings.
Continuing education credit may be available depending upon regulatory requirements.
CMEDDS training consultants have considerable experience with international clients, with particular emphasis placed upon cultural and organizational expectations. Both U.S.A and international guidelines are utilized in designing courses of instruction.
